ADECAM is an association aiming to promote Ziama coffee. The latter, produced in Forest Guinea, is one of three African terroir products that have received a protected geographical indication PGI.
ZIAMA COFFEE PRODUCT:
It has characteristics that bring it closer to an arabica: tangy flavor, little bitterness, high aromatic intensity, a persistent, strong and fine aroma.
These characteristics, remarkable for a robusta, come from the soil and the microclimate that reigns around Mount Ziama in forest Guinea.
